Before applying for an invitation letter, please make it sure that you understand the followings.

Whether or not you need a visa to enter Japan, and the types of documents required when applying, will depend on your nationality. Please check the website below or contact the nearest Japanese embassy before applying.

IF YOU NEED TO SUBMIT A GUARANTEE LETTER FOR YOUR VISA APPLICATION:

- The invitation letter from the organisers is NOT a guarantee letter. You will anyway be required to submit a guarantee letter to obtain a visa.

- Sorry, the organisers will not issue a guarantee letter to any participants in Bariship 2023.

- Please ask someone you know in Japan such as your partner company to issue a guarantee letter to you.

1. Please also note that the organisers do not send its original copy by post. Therefore,  please download the digital version from your Visitor MyPage and print it out in color for your use.
